Mr. Gose, a registered architect, has extensive
Federal contracting experience in design, design-build, and construction,
completing over 600 projects for Federal customers over the past
12 years, DWG & Associates and other firms. He has also mobilized
and/or managed many IDIQ contracts, including the USAFA SABER, Holloman
AFB SABER, White Sands Missile Range JOC, Hill AFB SABER, and Vandenberg
AFB SABER.
Walter Brundy,
P.E. Vice President
Mr. Brundy is a registered civil engineer, with
nearly 20 years experience in construction management, design, and
project superintendence. He holds numerous licenses including Engineering,
HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and others. His most recent responsibilities
included management over the $25 million SABER at Vandenberg AFB.
Brent
Berry
CFO/Business Manager
Mr. Berry has eleven years experience in business
administration and finance, including seven years in the IDIQ/SABER/JOC
environment. An MBA graduate of Cornell University, he specializes
in organizational structuring, quality management, strategic planning,
and finance.
Richard
Palmer Program Manager
Mr. Palmer supervised medium to large construction
as well as, mechanical projects totaling over $100M, including complete
retrofits at the US Air Force Academy. He managed personnel and
subcontractors including scheduling tasks, coordination with and
between all subcontractors, submitting and reviewing all product
and material submittals to and from the Air Force. Mr. Palmer was
educated in Construction Management.
Vince
Higginbotham, Jr. Program Manager
Mr. Higginbotham is a licensed general contractor
with a 15-year background in managing a wide variety of Federal
construction projects totaling over $50M. He holds a Bachelor of
Science degree from Arizona State University and has four years
SABER/IDIQ management experience. He has particular expertise in
the civil disciplines, concrete and carpentry.
